Scott from Water Damage and restoration service was fantastic . He arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of the bathroom I was concerned may have had a Mold problem . He tested all around the bathroom with a moisture metre and looked up in the ceiling for any evidence of Mold and also took video to show me He gave honest advice and explained that the musty smell was coming from the drains and gave me advice on how to fix it .
Scott went above and beyond and also looked at my aircon unit and confirmed there was Mold in there .
I can highly recommend Scott from water damage and restoration service he is very knowledgeable and gave good honest advice .

We had a major water damage incident across multiple levels, and the team was able to start work within hours of first contact, even on a weekend with no notice. Their professionalism and depth of knowledge were obvious from the moment they arrived.

They focused immediately on preventing moisture spread and mould formation, setting up drying equipment and mitigation strategies before the situation could worsen. It was a huge job, but by the end of the day the affected areas were already significantly drier.

Responsive, reliable and genuinely committed to minimising damage. Highly recommended for any water restoration or emergency response needs.

These guys are amazing, they saved the day after a surprise flooding due to a burst pipe. Quick, efficient and great communication always. I honestly couldn’t fault the service provided. Unlike other services I was able to speak to someone right away and came to my home without a hassle. Scott was very professional, transparent, and explained the whole process to me. He was incredibly transparent about his services, very affordable (by far!!!) and upfront with his pricing.
I could not recommend them enough!!!
I called Scott after discovering a slow leak which had seeped into my walls, floor and door architraves - He was very quick to respond, and on arrival showed me how far the water had seeped, how saturated the area was, and explained the processes required to dry the area before providing me with an upfront quote (for free).
He went above and beyond making sure everything was completely dry, and mold free. Scott was excellent with his communications too and took away any worries I had about the water damage.
